Too many ambitious women spend years building impressive careers while quietly abandoning the vision that once made them come alive. Dream Day creates space to remember who you were before the deadlines, the expectations, and everyone else's priorities took over.

This experience is intentionally intimate. Only 40 women will attend. Applications are reviewed in two windows so every woman in the room is committed to showing up fully.

Last year, Dream Day was a paid experience. This year, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and partners, we're able to remove the financial barrier so more women can experience it.
The experience hasn't been scaled back. If anything, we've expanded it.
The only investment we're asking for is your intention. That's why attendance is by application. We aren't looking for "perfect" women. We're looking for women who are ready to show up fully, contribute to the room, and leave ready to act.
